Following numerous successful projects in the primary school, the next stage in MCA’s masterplan developed with Covenant Christian School was provision of additional High school teaching and staff spaces.
The project added a first floor to each of the existing single storey E and F blocks. The existing classrooms in Block E were renovated whilst 4 additional flexible GLAs were added to the first floor. These GLAs could be opened up to one large open plan Exam Centre for up to 200 students.
A new staff room for 38 staff was added to Block F, whilst new circulation provided staff and students a new direct access pathway from the school entry to the Exam Centre and Staff Room.
Substantial redevelopment of external courtyard provided better integration with previous stages and large recreational space.
